The REIT owns and operates a portfolio of 209 light industrial properties comprising approximately 21.6 million square feet of gross leasable area. These properties are geographically well diversified and located in key markets across Canada and the U.S.
Dream Industrial’s long-standing strategic partnership with Dream and Pauls Corp. helps it acquire, manage and develop new industrial properties in North America. Dream Industrial’s portfolio comprises of high quality, well-leased, and strategically located assets. It also provides a good mix of single (40% of the portfolio) and multi-tenant (60%) buildings.
